ACCOMMODATIONS IN JOHANNESBURG

Because of the long drive to our Base Camp we highly recommend that anyone whose flight arrives after 4PM (which covers most of the non stop flights from the US) to spend their first night in Johannesburg.  After the long flight to South Africa there is nothing better than getting a good nights rest and beginning your safari completely fresh.  For accommodations we highly recommend Afton Guest House.  They are located only 7 minutes from Johannesburg airport and will provide you with Meet & Greet services upon your arrival along with transportation to and from the airport.  For more information on them visit their web site at: http://www.aftonguesthouse.com/?Item=3139  For reservations you can contact them directly through their web site.  Cruiser Safaris will pick you up for your safari the next morning (which will be your safari arrival date) at Afton Guest House.
