SAFARI LIABILITY - Medical - Accident - Travel - Miscellaneous:

Cruiser Safaris and their staff endeavor to provide clients with the best advice, safety and service possible, however hunting, wildlife safaris, and road travel are considered to be in the high risk category, we therefore strongly recommend all clients arrange their own personal medical, accident, and travel / trip cancellation insurance, and where applicable air rescue insurance coverage.  Since emergencies and flight delays do occur, it is important to arrange the appropriate insurance coverage.

Malaria and other infections are prevalent in certain areas, always see your doctor or local Health Department for advice and inoculations prior to your departure.

Cruiser Safaris, the company, all staff, subagents and personnel associated directly or indirectly with the company are not liable under any circumstances for misfortunes or claims which may occur during the course of a hunting safari and or any business pertaining to the company.  We often recommend third parties for travel, accommodations, and / or other services directly or indirectly related to the safari, this is all done and recommended in good faith.

We don't accept any liability or claims against Cruiser Safaris and or their staff or representatives worldwide under any circumstances.  Get insurance coverage.

 

CONCLUSION:
